Tim is a full-time REALTOR® / Associate Broker and the Team Leader working primarily with our Seller clients. He is a member of the Michigan Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the Livingston County Area Association of REALTORS® (LCAR). In addition, he is currently serving his second 3 year term on the LCAR Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Brighton and Howell Chambers of Commerce.

For the last 14 years, Tim has been providing his clients with exceptional customer service and follow-through resulting in efficient and worry-free transactions. Prior to that he ran a successful building company and still holds his Michigan Builder’s License and is willing and capable of giving sound advice in this area of expertise. He is a lifelong resident of Southeast Michigan and has been raising his family in Livingston County, MI for the past 18 years providing intimate knowledge of the area and market.
